The submitted manuscript should closely reflect the final paper as it will appear in the Proceedings, which will be maximum 6 pages in IEEE double column format. Please format your paper, as described in the IEEE Computer Society Press Proceedings Author Guidelines where you can find instructions (Word, PDF, Postscript). The conference has published papers that exceed the maximum above. There is an absolute limit of 8 pages (regular paper) and 4 pages (short paper). Extra page charges are $100 per page. After the final papers have been submitted to the IEEE Press for publication in the conference proceedings, authors will receive an invoice for any extra page charges from the ICCD Program Committee. The international review committee will give high preference to papers that, excluding references, figures and tables, do not exceed 3000 words to clearly present the work, methods, results, originality, significance, superiority and applications of the techniques discussed.
