Camera-ready
submission instructions:
1.
Create your
manuscript(s) using the two-column IEEE
Transactions format on letter-size paper with a 10-point font size and no
page numbers.
2.
Proofread and check
layout of your manuscript
(it is highly recommended that you do this BEFORE going to IEEE PDF eXpress.)
3.
Create an IEEE PDF eXpress account at (use conference ID: iccd06):
4.
Use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain an IEEE Xplore-compatible
PDF for your manuscript. The IEEE
PDF eXpress site contains extensive
instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
The essential steps are:
a) Login at
b) Click on “Create New Title” Button
c) Enter the title of your paper into the form and
Click on the “Submit PDF for Checking”
Button
d) Select your platform type, browse for the PDF-file of your manuscript
and click on the “Upload file”-button.
e) You will get to a page with the File Upload Results from where you can
continue to the main menu (from where you
could repeat the process)
f) IEEE PDF
Express will send you emails as the result of your check.
(to the email address that you have
used for your IEEE PDF eXpress registration)
One of the two mails is a
confirmation mail that your file has been received,
the other mail contains the results
of the PDF check including the approved
PDF file in the case that the check
was successful.
5.
Forward the approval mail that you receive from IEEE PDF eXpress as the
result of your successful PDF check to:
pdfapproved@engr.smu.edu
6.
Submit your approved PDF
file to the ICCD 2006 camera-ready submission page (using the passcode that you have received in your acceptance mail):

7.
Fax an IEEE copyright form
(available here)
for your manuscript with attention to
“P. Seidel” to the fax number: ++1-214-768-3085
8.
Register for the ICCD 2006
Conference at
http://www.iccd-conference.org/conferenceregistration.htm
and include the payment of extra page charges if you have used extra pages.
