CAMERA READY PAPER SUBMISSION

Paper Formatting Instructions

Please format your paper in the IEEE Transactions style using the files provided below. Use these files and not other (older) versions that can be found on Internet. Please make sure the page numbers are removed. Paper lengths of up to 6 pages are covered with the registration of one of the authors. Up to two extra pages (for a total of up to 8 pages) can be purchased at $100/page. The excess page charges need to be paid during the registration process.

Latex Templates

If you are using latex, you can use this template, available as a zip , or as a tar gzip archive.

IEEE PDF eXpress Compliance Check

All papers must pass through IEEE PDF eXpress for inclusion in the program. Please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress web site and use conference ID: iccd2010x. You will need to upload your paper so that IEEE PDF eXpress can check for compliance with IEEE electronic publication formats. Once your paper passes the IEEE PDF eXpress check, you will receive an email. Please forward that email to Zaid Alars, z.al-ars@tudelft.nl. The PDF eXpress confirmation email must be received before the camera ready sumission deadline.

Please note that at least one author of your paper must register before September 3rd for the inclusion of your paper in the proceedings. Information on how to register can be found at the conference registration site

Electronic Submission

The paper submission will be conducted using the EasyChair conference manager. Only papers (in PDF format) verified by IEEE PDF eXpress should be submitted. Please make sure you upload the camera ready version that was approved by the IEEE PDF eXpress system.

IEEE Copyright Form

All authors have to submit the copyright of their papers to IEEE in order to have their papers included in the ICCD program and proceedings. The authors must obtain all clearances related to the publication. For ICCD 2010 the authors will have to use the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF).


Please fill in the following information and click the "Copyright Submission" button. You will be redirected to the IEEE Copyright submission site and a wizzard will guide you through the process.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If the IEEE Copyright submission site returns an error of the type:
"IEEE Electronic Copyright Form, Non-authorized Submission Site"
that means that you are behind a firewall or using a proxy server.
In this case, the process will not work.
