CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

The International Conference on Computer Design will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands on October 3-6, 2010

Deadlines for authors and participants:

  • Conference authors are requested to register and pay their fee before September 3, 2010 and to indicate the number of additional persons participating in the different events. The conference authors are required to pay the full early registration fee (IEEE Member or Non IEEE Member) even in case the author is a student. Papers cannot be published in the proceedings unless one of the authors has registered and the payment of the registration fee (with the additional page charges) has been received.
  • Participants to the conference are requested to register and pay their fee before September 10, 2010 to be eligible for the early registration fee and to indicate the number of additional persons participating in the different events (family or friends not regsitered for the conference presentations but attending the social events).
  • Note for authors: In case you are an author of more than one paper in the ICCD (and you will be the person who presents the papers), you need to register only ONCE. Please indicate correctly which papers you are authoring in the remark field in the registration form.

The registration fee for ICCD 2010 includes:

  • One copy of the conference proceedings (Digital)
  • Conference attendance
  • Lunches and breaks
  • Gala Dinner
  • 1 boat trip

• IEEE Member Fee 399 euro
• Non-IEEE member Fee 499 euro
• Student IEEE Member Fee 299 euro 
• Student non-IEEE member Fee 399 euro
• Life/Retired Fee 299 euro
Late Registration/OnSite Registration Fees:

• IEEE Member Fee 499 euro
• Non-IEEE member Fee 625 euro
• Student IEEE Member Fee 399 euro 
• Student non-IEEE member Fee 499 euro
• Life/Retired Fee 399 euro
Additional fees:

• Boat trip adult: 40 euro kid: 20 euro
• Gala dinner adult: 70 euro kid: 35 euro
• Extra proceedings (digital) 15 euro 
• Extra page   100 euro per page
    (max 2 pages)

All participants are encouraged to register as soon as possible to allow us better scheduling of social events. All bank transfers and Paypal payments must be received before September 22, 2010.

Cancellation is allowed if requested in writing before September 20, 2010. A handling fee of 50 euro will be charged. Fees cannot be refunded for cancellations requested after September 20, 2010 or for author registrations.

Important Dates:

  • September 03, 2010: Author registration deadline.
  • September 10, 2010: Early registration deadline.
  • September 20, 2010: Cancellation deadline.
  • September 22, 2010: All bank transfers or Paypal payments must be received before this date.(*)

(*) If payment cannot be done in time, payment has to be done in CASH on-site after approval of the finance chair. (late registration fees apply in this case).
